We are a multi-purpose event warehouse space situated right in the heart of the Baltic Triangle – We specialise in nightlife, live music, exhibitions, private gatherings & so much more. Utilise our incredible inhouse sound, stage & lighting or use us as a blank canvas for your next project.

  • We have ground floor no step access.
  • We have a designated wheelchair viewing section, with direct access to a disabled toilet.
  • We are happy to give priority entry to anyone needing it.
  • We can arrange complimentary carer entry for those who require it
  • There is a car park opposite the venue, on New Bird St.
